Is it permissible to pierce the belly and not expose it to anyone?

Answer: 
No, it is not permissible to pierce any part of the body other than the ears (once each)  and the nose.
Our bodies are an amaanat (trust) from Allah, we are not ever permitted to cause any harm or hurt UNNECESARILY
to any part of the body.
