Ingredients: 1kg chicken fillets(washed and cubed) 250ml fresh cream 125g butter 2tsp garlic(crushed) 1 large onion 1large tblspn plain yoghurt 2tsp of each of the following... salt crushed red chilli jeero dhania aromat 1tsp tomatoe paste 1tsp tumeric. Preperation: Add to the chicken in a bowel, add all spices incl garlic and yoghurt and the tomatoe paste. allow the chicken to marinade for as long as possible. Fry onoin in butter till slightly golden, add the marinated chicken and allow to cook at a fast speed (not too fast) till chicken is done. now reuce the heat and allow to simmer. Add the freshcream and the chopped dunia leaves. If you'd like a thicker butter chicken,if you serving it with roti or naan, then add a tsp of cornflour to a bit of water and add that to the butter chicken and allow to thicken.. serve with roti or naan, or rice.. enjoy!
